เคลลี่ คลาร์กสัน (อังกฤษ: Kelly Clarkson หรือ ชื่อเต็ม Kelly Brianne Clarkson) เกิดเมื่อ 24 เมษายน ค.ศ. 1982 เป็นนักร้องชาวอเมริกัน และมีผลงานการแสดง เธอเป็นผู้ชนะเลิศการประกวดร้องเพลงอเมริกัน ไอดอลคนแรก ในปี 2002

เคลลี่เป็นศิลปินเดี่ยวคนแรกที่มีเพลงอันดับ 1 ในชาร์ตอเมริกาพร้อมกันสองเพลง (Breakaway อันดับ 1 Adult Contemporary และ Since U Been Gone อันดับ 1 Top 40 Chart เป็นศิลปินคนแรกที่มีสองเพลงดังอยู่ใน Top 3 ของ Billboard Pop Airplay 100 พร้อมกัน คือเพลง Since U Been Gone และ Behind These Hazel Eyes

ซิงเกิ้ล Breakaway ติดอันดับ 1 Adult Contemporary Charts นาน 21 สัปดาห์ (ไม่ติดต่อกัน) เป็นศิลปินหญิงคนที่สองที่มีเพลงติดอันดับ 1 นานที่สุดเช่นเดียวกับเซลีน ดิออน ส่วนมิวสิกวิดีโอเพลง Since U Been Gone ได้รับรางวัล 2005 เอ็มทีวี วีดีโอ มิวสิก อวอร์ดสสาขา Best Pop Video และ Best Female Video นอกจากนี้เคลลี่เคยเดินทางมาเมืองไทยเพื่อร่วมแสดงบนเวที MTV Asia Aid เมื่อเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2005 และเพื่อเปิดอัลบั้มชุดนี้ของเธอ

อัลบั้มชุดที่สาม มีชื่อว่า My December โดยมิวสิกวิดีโอเพลง Never Again กับผู้กำกับคนดัง โจเซพ คาห์น ถ่ายทำในลอสแอนเจลิส [1] อัลบั้มนี้ได้ร่วมงานกับโปรดิวเซอร์อย่าง David Kahne เคลลี่มี่ส่วนร่วมในการแต่งและโปรดิวซ์งานชุดนี้ด้วยตัวเอง และยังได้ Mike Watt (มือเบสที่เคยเล่นให้ Iggy Pop & The Stooges) มาร่วมงานด้วยถึง 3 เพลง[2]
ในปี 2009 เคลลี่ คลาร์กสัน สร้างสถิติบนชาร์ทบิลบอร์ดฮ็อต 100 นำซิงเกิ้ล “My Life Would Suck Without You” กระโดดจาก 97 มาที่อันดับ 1 ถือเป็นเพลงที่ก้าวกระโดดสู่อันดัน 1 มากที่สุดในประวัติศาสตร์
